Our Organic Jarrah Honey is gathered from lush Jarrah forests, just southwest of Perth near the town of Lesley, Western Australia. Flowering only every two years, the cream-coloured Jarrah blossom yields a rich medium to dark amber coloured honey that is lower in glucose than other honey varieties, with a deep and unique flavour.
Like all of our honey products, our Organic Jarrah Honey has a very high Total Activity (TA) rating thanks to natural enzymes produced by the bees, making it not only rich in taste but in antimicrobial qualities as well.

The whole family loves the organic jarrah honey. It’s deliciously rich and strong in flavour. We take it straight from the teaspoon to prevent and treat sore throats and this one works great! Works better than manuka we’ve had previously.
