Our Active Jarrah Honey is gathered from lush Jarrah forests, just southwest of Perth near the town of Dwellingup, Western Australia. Flowering just every two years, the cream coloured Jarrah blossom yields a rich medium to dark amber coloured honey that is lower in glucose than other honey varieties, with a deep and complex flavour.

Like all of our honey products, our Jarrah Honey has a very high Total Activity rating, making it not only rich in taste but antimicrobial qualities as well.

What is Total Activity?

Total Activity is the measurement of the honey's anti-microbial quality, it's anti-microbial strength in killing bacteria. Any honey with a TA rating higher than 10+ has beneficial antimicrobial properties. The larger the TA number, the stronger the antimicrobial effect level of the honey.

Total Activity Rating = 40+

I think a classic intense Jarrah taste… I get the rich strong minerally notes and complexity that only Jarrah nectar can create!

Active Jarrah honey

I’ve been buying this honey for some time now and have found the honey really smooth and the taste is the best I’ve ever had. It also is of higher quality and better in health compared to others. I’ve researched all honey and found the properties of this type outweighs others. Will only use this honey and no other. It’s the best

It sure is Honey for Life

I love the product for the benefits it beings into my life. I caught the flu and I use it for sooth my throat, ease my cough. I take a teaspoon, I slowly sip it until it is all gone, before bedtime. I love it with warm milk. With tea and lemon. I am over 70 years old. For me it is the best. I also love the taste/

Love ❤ the honey

The consistency and taste of the honey is exceptional. Really yum. The honey really elevates the taste of any dish when used as an ingredient in a sauce or marinade.
