160Our Active Jarrah Honey is gathered from lush Jarrah forests, just southwest of Perth near the town of Dwellingup, Western Australia. Flowering just every two years, the cream coloured Jarrah blossom yields a rich medium to dark amber coloured honey that is lower in glucose than other honey varieties, with a deep and complex flavour.
Like all of our honey products, our Active Jarrah Honey has a very high Total Activity (TA) rating, making it not only rich in taste but antimicrobial qualities as well.

I have fallen in love with this Jarrah Honey - its rich golden colour, delicious caramel like taste, not overly sweet like some other honey’s, has proven health benefits of having anti-microbial qualities and is low GI. I eat this Honey daily - one large teaspoon full on cereal or porridge in the morning which satisfies my need for something sweet for the rest of the morning. A spoonful of Jarrah Honey on some crumpets or slice of toast before a training run does the trick. On a camping trip recently with my 5 yr old granddaughter - she was asked what she wanted on her toast - “Nana’s Honey please”. What more can I say !
