9Collected from the wild western side of Tasmania from temperate rainforest landscapes that resemble 'middle earth' (for all you LOTR fans!)… checkout the photos. Our beekeepers didn't make this honey but had no choice but to include it in our collection as its one of our absolute favourites. With intense floral notes and its famous tangy unique bite this is one of Australia's truly unique honeys tastes! Produced only in small batches... treat yourself!

This is a beautiful flavour honey. I love it, have it in my coffee.

I was looking forward to this one as Tasmanian Leatherwood honey has a taste reputation. But for me it was too sweet though a good looking honey.
